Promotion: Cape Outdoor’s European Summer in Winter Event

Promotional Period: The promotion runs from 9:00am AEST on 14 July 2025 to 5:00pm AEST on 10 September 2025.

Promoted Items: Poterie de la Madeleine French pot range, ZiiPa pizza oven range, Italian sunshade sun lounges range, Mamagreen Outdoor Furniture range, zinc water features and Heatsail outdoor heaters.

1. Eligibility:
   • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of Cape Outdoor and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   • Entrants must provide full name, email address, and mobile number in person at Cape Outdoor during the relevant promotional period.
2. Entry to each of the draws requires a visit to Cape Outdoor and provision of name, email and mobile phone number.
3. Your details will be added to your Cape Outdoor customer profile and communication database. See our Privacy Policy.Visit Cape Outdoor, 33 Tooronga Road Malvern East, during each individual Promotional Period to enter the prize draw for that promotion:
   • Vive la France 14 July – 10 August. Enter the draw to win a 55cm French Pot valued at $880
   • That’s Amore 28 July – 10 August. Enter the draw to win a ZiiPa Pizza Oven valued at $649
   • The Best of Belgium 4 August – 10 September. Enter the draw to win a $1000 voucher to spend on Mamagreen Outdoor Furniture or a Heatsail Dome Outdoor Heater.
4. Purchase or order any of the Promoted Items during the Promotional Period to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a private tour and lunch for four people at Dominique Portet’s Yarra Valley Winery.
   • Minimum purchase of $200 is required to enter.
   • Purchased items must comprise of Promoted Items to meet the minimum purchase amount.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any products, prizes or details in relation to this Promotion.
6. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Prize draws:
   • Winners will be drawn at random from valid entries.
   • Draws will be conducted the next business day after each promotional period end date.
   • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw may occur.
   • Entrants consent to their first name being published if they win.
8. Prizes must be collected by the prize winner from 33 Tooronga Rd, Malvern East, 3145 at their expense.
