Italian Sun Loungers Featured In Vogue Living
Our Italian Sun Loungers have been featured in Vogue Living Australia (May/June 2024), showcasing a beachfront commercial project: Sheree Commerford’s small boutique hotel in Yamba on the NSW coast.
What a treat it was to work with Sheree on her project, Il Delfino. Inspired by villas and hotels around the Mediterranean, Sheree’s dream was to recreate the joyous coastal style she had experienced during a family holiday in Italy, but in an Australian context. The Italian sunloungers and beach umbrellas at lidos across the Mediterranean were a big part of this outdoor lifestyle.
We worked remotely to meet her brief, choosing the perfect sized Italian sunlounger from our range, creating bespoke umbrellas in white and chestnut, and customising our Italian beachside umbrella tables to work on a hard surface instead of sand. I doubt there are any other of these fun tables in Australia! The result is an inspiring terrace reminiscent of Italian hotels sitting on rocky coastal outcrops.
