Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven equipped with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to obtain an evenly cooked pizza.

Fast cooking in 60 seconds: 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!

Gas: Very practical, you just need to connect your oven to a gas bottle (LPG). The hose and regulator are supplied.

Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Allow around 10 minutes to obtain the correct cooking temperature: 400°C.
